Roles, Responsibilities & Code of Conduct for KÜ KÜCHEN Philippines Ambassadors
Becoming an Ambassador of KÜ KÜCHEN Philippines is not merely a sales activity.
It is a role as a brand representative, directly connecting with customers and conveying the German Premium values of the brand to the community.
The KÜ KÜCHEN Ambassador system is built on the principles of long-term partnership, transparency, and sustainable growth, ensuring balanced benefits for both the brand and its partners.

I. ROLE OF THE AMBASSADOR
An Ambassador is a strategic partner who supports KÜ KÜCHEN in market development, with the following key roles:
Introducing KÜ KÜCHEN products and kitchen solutions to customers

Accurately communicating the brand’s core values:
German-standard quality – Health & safety – Modern design – Fair and accessible pricing

Contributing to the development of a professional, trustworthy, and reputable brand image in the market

Building customer relationships and developing personal sales channels with a long-term mindset

KÜ KÜCHEN is responsible for products, operations, delivery, warranty, and after-sales services.
Ambassadors focus on sales, consultation, and market development, and are not involved in internal operations.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AMBASSADOR


1. Product introduction & consultation
Provide accurate, clear, and consistent information based on official KÜ KÜCHEN materials

Offer honest and appropriate advice aligned with customer needs and expectations

2. Sales through personal channels
Proactively utilize platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp, and others

Build personal channels and customer networks with a long-term development orientation

3. Content creation & sharing
Actively create sales-related content, including videos, photos, and written materials

Ensure all content complies with KÜ KÜCHEN brand image, messaging, and official guidelines

4. Sharing real product experience
Share personal, real-life experiences when using KÜ KÜCHEN products

Help increase customer trust and credibility toward the brand

5. Use of the Ambassador Library
Utilize images, videos, banners, and content provided by KÜ KÜCHEN

Fully comply with all usage and posting guidelines

6. Order submission to the KÜ KÜCHEN system
Submit all customer orders to the official KÜ KÜCHEN system

KÜ KÜCHEN handles order confirmation, delivery, warranty, and after-sales services

7. Maintaining brand image
Communicate with customers and partners in a professional and respectful manner

Act in a way that reflects the responsibilities of a brand representative

III. BENEFITS FOR KÜ KÜCHEN AMBASSADORS


Official KÜ KÜCHEN Philippines Ambassadors are entitled to the following benefits:

IV. ACTIONS NOT PERMITTED FOR AMBASSADORS


To protect the brand’s reputation and the collective interests of the system, Ambassadors must not engage in the following actions:
1. Providing misleading or inaccurate information
Do not exaggerate product features or benefits

Do not make commitments beyond official policies

Do not conduct unsubstantiated comparisons that may harm other brands’ reputations

2. Unauthorized pricing or policy changes
Do not undercut prices or quote prices outside official regulations

Do not independently offer promotions, gifts, or warranty commitments beyond official policies

3. Handling warranty and after-sales matters independently
Do not independently repair, replace, or resolve customer complaints

All after-sales issues must be transferred to the KÜ KÜCHEN system

4. Improper use of brand images and content
Do not use logos, colors, or messages that are inconsistent with brand guidelines

Do not use images of products that do not belong to KÜ KÜCHEN

5. Violation of fair competition principles
Do not engage in behaviors that negatively affect the rights, reputation, or image of other Ambassadors within the system

Do not disclose or misuse internal information for personal gain or inappropriate competition

6. Brand misuse
Do not use the KÜ KÜCHEN name for projects outside the scope of cooperation

Do not associate the brand with sensitive, inappropriate, or non-compliant content

AMBASSADOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in warnings, temporary suspension of benefits, or termination of cooperation, depending on the severity of the violation.
KÜ KÜCHEN is committed to building a team of Ambassadors who are professional, responsible, and growth-oriented.
Compliance with these guidelines is the foundation for each Ambassador to build personal credibility and achieve sustainable growth together with the brand.
